Returns
To return a Lex Print product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at contact@lexprint.co.uk and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Returns process
Before returning any garment(s), it's essential that you contact us to obtain a unique Customer Returns Number. You can get this number by calling us at 01726 64265 or emailing us at returns@lexprint.co.uk
- Please ensure that you include your Invoice Number in all correspondence. Once we issue your Customer Returns Number, we'll provide further instructions on how to return your garment(s).
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the invoice date, for non-embroidered or non-printed garment(s). Embroidered or printed garment(s) can only be returned if they are faulty due to a manufacturing defect. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of face masks unless they are faulty.
- If you return items without quoting your Invoice Number and Customer Returns Number, we will be unable to process your return.
- If you receive a faulty garment(s) or an incorrect order, we will happily reimburse the return postage cost. Please enclose a receipt for the postage with your return.
- You are responsible for the garment(s) until they reach us. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a 'signed for' delivery service.
- We typically respond to all return requests within 4 hours and process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the garments.
- All garments must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, with tags and labels attached.
